You can book a bin easily through our website by selecting the desired bin size and providing your details. Alternatively, you can call us at 1300 362 342 to make a booking.
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for bookings made before 10am, subject to availability. Please contact us early to secure this service.
Our standard rental period is 7 days. If you need the bin for a longer period, please let us know, and we can arrange an extension. We normally waive the additional fee for up to 10 days, if there is a valid reason. Otherwise, for an additional fee you can keep the bin for longer.
Our bins can accommodate a variety of materials, including:
- General household waste
- Construction waste
- Green waste
- Clean masonry (bricks and concrete)
Please avoid placing prohibited items such as hazardous materials, asbestos, batteries, and liquids. Refer to our terms and conditions for a comprehensive list of prohibited items.
A council permit is required if the bin is to be placed on public property (e.g., streets, footpaths). Bins placed on private property do not require a permit. Each Council have slightly different requirements, so please check with your local Council.
You can schedule a pick-up date when booking the bin. For any amendments or to request an early pick-up, please contact us at 1300 362 342. We will try and accommodate your request depending on the availability of our drivers.
Some of our bin sizes feature wheelbarrow access to make loading easier. However, not all bins have doors. Please check the specific bin details or contact us for more information.

When you book online, you can pay with your credit card which is process via Strip or you can pay via PayPal.
If you call us to book, we can process the payment for you via Strip.
We can establish a credit term with your company to provide the bins.
We have such arrangements with some Councils and Building companies.
